ABOUT THE ROLE.

As Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll Support the General Manager and Assistant General

Manager in leading the venue to deliver world class guest service and maximise income

across our games and F&B. The Kitchen Manager will effectively supervise, direct, and lead

the kitchen team in maintaining high standards and delivering high quality offerings to guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU DO.
- Lead, monitor and manage a happy and high performing team, to ensure our team remains engaged and in love with what they do.
- Preparation and cooking of Ingredients to deliver our appetising menu.
- Manage all aspects of health and safety and food hygiene in the kitchen, including regular audits and appropriate storage to avoid cross contamination.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Accountable for all daily, weekly and monthly checks being completed in the kitchen.
- Support on kitchen recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, performance management, brand standard and quality control.
- Leave guests wanting more as your passion for street food is apparent in the flavour and presentation of every mouth-watering dish.
- Contribute to business development with suggestions of new Ideas that align with our brand and target audience.
- Manage all aspects of maintenance, health, and safety.
- Exceed your sales targets and actively reduce wastage.
- Order and monitor stock to meet sales levels with mínimal waste.
- Deliver an immersive and engaging world class hospitality experience.
- Act as duty manager for the whole venue as and when required.
- Aid the development of all staff and contribute to a positive working environment.
