**Part Time - 20 to 25 Hours (flexible)**

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Pinnacle Users Administrator to join our team based out of Pendragon Head Office - Loxley House. As this is a Hybrid role, you will be required to work from Head Office up to once per week and will have the flexibility to work from home the remainder of the days once initial training is completed.

Pinnacle is our in-house developed DMS system used by our dealerships, and central teams across the country, and is a pivotal part of our business.

**As a Pinnacle Users Administrator, you will**:

- Handle phone calls from Users regarding their Pinnacle accounts and access on the system
- Maintain of Pinnacle User accounts on the system, reflecting all transfers between dealerships/ job roles, and leavers in the Group
- Set up on Pinnacle of new Sales ledger master accounts for the Group

Experience with Pinnacle is not a requirement as full training will be provided.
