Are you a motorcycle enthusiast with a keen eye for detail and a knack for assessing bike damage? We're looking for a Triage Assessor to join our team at 4th Dimension. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for determining the repairability of motorcycles, which will impact our clients' claim journeys. If you have a strong understanding of motorcycles and a passion for accuracy, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Triage Assessor, your role will involve:

- **Visual Inspections**: Carefully inspecting all inbound motorcycles to assess their condition.
- **Client Communication**: Contacting clients for various reasons, such as evaluating related damage, confirming incident circumstances, and explaining our repair services.
- **Theft Investigations**: Conducting theft investigations for our internal theft and validation team.
- **Report Compilation**: Preparing and sending reports to our internal engineering department and insurance companies.
- **Estimate Compilation**: Creating basic estimates, when necessary, using manufacturer EPCs.
- **Condition Reports**: Generating motorcycle condition reports as needed.
- **Valuation**: Accurately establishing pre-incident values on inbound vehicles.

**Other Duties**:
Flexibility is key to success in this department and at 4th Dimension. You may be required to assist other departments within the company when necessary.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- **Motorcycle Knowledge**: A strong understanding of motorcycle makes and models.
- **Communication Skills**: Polite, confident, and professional telephone manner.
- **Team Player**: An ability to work well within a team.
- **IT Literacy**: Computer and IT literacy.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills.
- **Self-Motivated**: Capable of organizing and prioritizing your workload with mínimal supervision.

- **Problem Solver**: A knack for problem-solving and taking initiative.

- **Motorcycle Industry Experience**: Previous experience working within the motorcycle industry is preferable.
