- Your Responsibilities**Business Projects, Lockton Risk Practices**

Our Risk Practices team in London continues to grow. Dedicated to the provision of key insights, research and business analytics to clients, prospective clients and within the business, to aid and inform decision making; This unit works in conjunction with multiple teams across Lockton. As a Graduate within the team, you will therefore gain an excellent breadth of exposure to risk and insurance.

You will have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications.

Lockton has been investing and growing at a substantial rate and will continue to do so. We therefore require a graduate to join our risk and research specialists, to help us support the growth of our business.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Identify, track and explain issues around emerging risks
- Create and curate content around emerging risks, sharing knowledge around key issues and available solutions (i.e. white papers, RfP responses, presentations)
- Support the team in developing and providing risk workshops where relevant and required by clients
- Support the business through company-specific research, to further understand Lockton’s clients and prospects (i.e. gather financials, business model and strategy information, risk management approach and principal risks)
- Support the team in managing the Lockton-Bayes research partnership
- Ad hoc support where required

- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Formulate and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, managing time, prioritising and ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality
- Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills
- Experience using IT proficiently, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

**Required qualifications**:

- MSc in Insurance and Risk Management
- IRM qualification
