- Would be responsible for receipt, data entry and reporting of adverse drug reactions.

**Description**
- Prepare individual adverse event/adverse drug reaction reports according to the agreed template and send these reports to the appropriate pharma company/MHRA within one working day of the event being reported to the central team.
- Prepare and send reports to clinical referral centres as agreed.
- Record that an adverse event/adverse drug reaction report has been received and sent to the pharmaceutical company/MHRA and clinical referral centre in the Microsoft Dynamics individual clinical record.
- Undertake reconciliation of reports and acknowledgements/receipts returned by pharmaceutical companies/MHRA.
- Respond to pharmaceutical companies/MHRA queries and follow up requests.
- Produce summary reports of adverse events/adverse drug reactions as required.
- Improve understanding of adverse events/adverse drug reactions and the overarching incident (including AE/ADR) and complaints reporting process.
- Liaising with customer services, nurses, pharmacists and pharmaceutical companies/MHRA to obtain follow up information

**Profile**
- A level or AS level or equivalent
- Experience working in a technical administrative environment, text data handling and record keeping to a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentational, and interpersonal)
- Able to multi-task and continue to function to a high standard when under pressure.
- Able to communicate well and liaise with people at all levels within and outside Healthcare at Home.
- Attention to detail
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Work confidentially with sensitive data.
