**Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacovigilance Administrator to join us at our head office in Burton on a fixed term basis.**

Essentially you will provide administrative support to the Complaints Resolution Department and the Patient Safety Team.

We would expect you to take ownership of the confirmation/acknowledgment process to include client follow up/chasing, redacting source documents as part of SDV process or audit, conduct monthly reconciliations across all Adverse events reported and maintain the team tracker.

We are seeking someone who can prioritize workload, manage time, multi-task and meet stringent deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and focuses on ensuring quality on all that they do.
