**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Non-production PO generation, receipt & distribution.
- Non-Production stock counts and order replenishment.
- Price benchmarking (PPE / Janitorial / Stationery & Ink)
- Consignments stock monitoring & associated admin.
- Vending machine fault reporting & supplier liaison
- Invoice query investigation.
- Stock reconciliation report
- Goods inwards booking in
- Stock cycle and PI counts
- Support daily workload of warehouse office operations.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and resolve any issues
- The ability to organise and prioritise your own workload
- Experience of working within a busy and fast-paced administration role.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn various systems.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
