**About The Role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an
**Administrator - Supply Chain** to join our Commercial Team.

The Administrator - Supply Chain Supply Chain will support the Planning team with all administrational duties for our wine business.

This is a 6 weeks Fixed Term Contract to support the Christmas period.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Processing production paperwork and maintaining production records
- Receipting bulk wine on to IPL system
- Monthly HMRC stock movement declaration
- Monthly bulk wine duty reconciliation
- Setting up future production jobs on IPL system
- Processing and checking all Third Party Invoices
- Raising and receipting expense Purchase Orders on IPL system
- Running and circulating reports to stakeholders as required
- Declaring pallet movements on to CHEP pallet system

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience of working in a production or logistics environment would be advantageous
- Flexible approach to workload and tasks
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Resourceful nature with logical approach to solving problems
- Excellent communication skills
