**Receptionist**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Gordon & MacPhail Head office for a receptionist to deliver a 5-star reception service to all visitors, customers and external parties contacting G&M either by visiting site or via phone.
- Have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Experience in working in a busy office environment is essential.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to convey key information to a changing audience.
- Keen problem solver & customer driven.
- The ability to demonstrate professionalism whilst being approachable and welcoming.
- Strong demonstrable administration skills.
- Competent and accurate data entry skills.
- Display a positive attitude whilst responding to changing priorities.

This is a permanent, part time position of 20 hours per week. Full day shifts Monday and Tuesday (08:00 till 17:00) and half day shift, Wednesday (08:00 till 12:00).
