**About PointWire**

PointWire delivers cyber security services and solutions to a number of different organisations in both the private and public sector. Since we established ourselves in 2019, we have partnered with several leading software providers in the cyber security space including Tanium, Deep Instinct, and Microsoft. Our clients tend to range from 100s to 1000s of employees and devices; with our services ultimately helping to augment the capabilities of in-house security and IT teams so that they can be more effective with less resources.

**What this role entails**

Our goal is to continue to expand our business and offering by deepening the relationships we have built with these existing partners and growing our client base. This will include, but isn't limited to, the following activities:

- New business lead generation and management
- Prospect management
- CRM co-ordination and updates
- Partner relationship management and enhancement
- Existing Customer Success co-ordination - check ins / QBRs / annual reviews
- Presales co-ordination - demo calls/POC/sales calls
- Prospect event planning i.e. round table dinners/exhibitions
- Website content updates
- Articles
- Campaigns
- Service enhancements
- Company updates on relevant information
- Exec assistant activities to support business operations.

**Who you should be**
