**Job description - Operations Supervisor Role.**

We have an exciting opportunity available within Cobwebs.

Come and join our friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working team We have a full-time position available as Operations Supervisor working within our Operations team based out of our Exeter office

We are offering 40hours per week at an excellent salary of £21,000-£24,000 circa, depending on experience.

This is a full-time and permanent position which includes a great holiday, pension & bonus package.

A mobile phone, laptop and company vehicle for business use only will be provided for the role.

**Job Specification**:

- Provide our customers with prompt, professional and accurate information, delivered in a timely, consistent, and efficient manner
- Ensure that data and information is updated into the companies CRM system accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure the delivery of the service is met in line with our clients KPI’s & SLA’s.
- Scheduling work to the teams ensuring they understand their duties or delegated tasks and that they have all information, equipment, tools, products etc. required to complete the job
- Supervising teams and liaising with customers on any issues our operatives may have whilst on site
- Auditing all jobs on completion ensuring all works have been carried out to standard, within budget and within the allocated time frame
- Responsible for regular vehicle auditing and basic running of company vehicles to ensure they all comply with road safety regulations.
- Maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring repairs are carried out when necessary
- Ensure that the correct level of stock is maintained and PPE required for teams is monitored
- Reporting KPI’s to Management monthly via team meetings.
- Maintaining good working relationships with our sub-contractors.
- Supporting our Operations team daily and provide hands on help where required with the team to ensure deadlines are met
- Tool box talks and one to ones, together with note taking on these and reporting to Management.
- Support Contracts Manager and Operations Scheduler where needed
- Cover holiday and sickness within the teams when needed to ensure deadlines can be met

**Essential Criteria**:

- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- IT Literate as you will be using our in-house CRM system(s) to add calls/repairs to the system and then allocate to the relevant trades person to complete the works
- Experience in supervising teams
- Experience in scheduling and customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Highly organised with a good attention to detail
- Proactive and positive, 'can do' attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Cleaning experience to provide hands on help where required within the team
- Be able to demonstrate effective communication skills and be a strong communicator to all levels of the team
- Organising workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- A full, clean, manual driving license is required
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of planning effective work priorities working within tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of how to use a CRM system and booking in works using this system and distributing to the various teams
- Ability to hold weekly/monthly meetings with team & report back in Management meetings

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience in a repairs & maintenance environment in the housing sector
- Experience with working with diaries/scheduling day to day or reactive/void works
