**Job Reference**: IT10732

As Maintenance Facilities Assistant you will be required to provide a swift and courteous response to customer needs.

You will be required to do basic maintenance tasks such as painting, lamp replacement, plumbing and managing completion of these tasks.

Key Tasks may include:
Use of specialised gardening, moving and cleaning equipment.

Distribution and collection of parcels., equipment, rubbish etc.

Driving company vehicles.

Seasonal Works i.e. Ice and snow clearance, grass cutting, leaf blowing etc.

Monitoring essential stock items.

Providing advice, guidance and information to staff, learners, visitors and external users of the facilities.

Booking of transport and facilities.

Investigating incidents via the CCTV, recording and passing information internally and to the police.

Opening and securing the building and carrying out internal and external security checks.

The hours of attendance will be between 5.30 AM - 11 PM 37 hours per week.

This will include a varying shift pattern with a requirement to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Enhanced DBS required.
