E-commerce Apprentice

Overview:
Responsible managing and maintaining the day-to-day updates of the Benefit website. You will focus on merchandising; optimising the site to ensure it is SEO rich and content is maintained in line with planned activity and business initiatives. You will assist with planning, scheduling, and promoting sales events to drive revenue. Initiate marketing strategies to build site awareness and new customer acquisition through the advertising and wider marketing channels. Working closely with Global, CRM & Digital teams to facilitate an excellent DTC experience. Reporting to Ecommerce Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working in line with other markets set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (Digital, Loyalty, CRM & Global) to provide updated content and marketing plans that will be sharedacross e-Commerce platforms.
- Build content and Site Merchandise plans that support wider business targets. Working closely with Influencers, Digital, PR & Merkle to identify missing opportunities.
- Create and maintain monthly marketing planning deck, distributing this with the wider teams and ensuring all site merchandising needs are briefed to Design/Digital and are ready to go live in-line with agreed plans.
- Monitor offer uptake and popularity, measuring these vs previous campaigns. Sharing learnings with the team. Supporting on brand new initiatives like exclusive TOAs / bundles.
- Identify product and offer best practices to increase brand awareness with Affiliates, Influencers and across new selling platforms (e.g. TikTok). Create and maintain an activity tracker that will measure the success of campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end offer and promo builds. Divvying out work to the wider team as needed.
Based in Chelmsford, Essex, but travel nationwide and outside of office hours would be necessary at times.
