**Social Media Executive**

Full time 40 hours per week 08.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday, but flexibility In hours is required to ensure continuity In estate management cover.

Chiswick Park is a 1.8 million sq. ft. business campus managed by Estate Management Company Enjoy-Work, which proposes a regular programme of events and concierge services dedicated to over 10,000 workers from over 54 companies. At the heart of the ‘Enjoy-Work’ philosophy is the belief that supporting and engaging individuals first is the key to productive and engaged employees.

**Job purpose**:
As a social media executive, you will work collaboratively with our communications and marketing team. You will also manage our social media presence, create and execute strategies and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness. You should be able to lead and manage our digital campaigns to nurture our brand's online visibility — from ideation to final execution and analysis. If you have a knack for written and verbal communication and enjoy working in an interactive and growth-oriented environment, you could be an excellent fit for the role.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Tumblr and Reddit.
- Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
- Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
- Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.
- Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
- Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences.
- Assist cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Other ad-hoc duties as may be required as part of the team and/or the overall business

**Reporting Relationships**:

- Reporting to: Content Manager
- Direct Reports: None
- Work alongside the Event Experience Manager with planning and delivery of events and activities

**Personal Attributes**:

- Passion for social media, showing creativity and the inspiration to create something great
- Customer service focussed - a real people person
- Highly organised in nature, with a flair for creativity and innovative thinking
- Analytics: knowledge of how to read social media data to improve growth and engagement
- Experience of at least three (3) years in digital marketing, content writing, and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
- Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
- Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
- A deep understanding of brand guidelines and brand reputation

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (like Buffer and Hootsuite).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
