As part of the Kimberly-Clark Professional Global CX/Marketing team, you'll play a key role in designing our future state omnichannel experiences and empowering our internal teams to deliver on customer expectations through simple, integrated product experiences.

In this role, you will:

- Establish global customer experience design targets and common experience components, translate to capability maturity roadmap and lead through execution
- Establish and govern internal end user/employee workflow design principles and guidelines, setting vision and requirements and collaborating with Product and Engineering to execute on roadmap
- Accountable for creation of near, mid and long-term internal employee experiences, largely executed through SalesForce platform
- Workwith UX researchers and the VoC team, you will translate customer insights into well-defined design targets and work with technology and product teams to build the necessary capabilities that will drive our desired experience and improve our customer experience metrics.
- Lead UX community (researchers, designers) for design, prototyping and testing
- Authoritative voice representing omnichannel and internal user experience expectations, creating cohesive experiences and identifying areas of opportunity or refinement on cross-functional priority efforts
- Lead design needs across various stages of the discovery and design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or prototypes, working closely with global and regional cross-functional stakeholders on priority customer experience efforts
- Leader accountable for connecting brand, customer and business goals through intentional experience design
- Establish execution path forward using leadership, problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations to achieve business results

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field.
- 5+ years of product design, UX, and end-to-end, cross-channel experience design; Deep knowledge of UX roles and how to bring those skills together to design and execute
- SalesForce design experience is highly preferred; Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes
- Extensive experience in a senior individual contributor role and working in a complex, cross-functional organization; Portfolio that reflects end-to-end and front stage/back stage experience design
- Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, global environment
- Experience partnering with business, UX and technical teams to implement transformational change
- Agile execution experience required; must be able to "backcast" from target state & high-level conceptual design to MVP and set forward iterative execution plans

**Location**: This role can sit remotely out of the United States, Canada, or United Kingdom.
