**People Management Senior Advisor**

Full Time| | Permanent | **£29,597 to £31,343 per annum**

**Please note first interviews are scheduled for the morning of 27th March and if successful second interviews will be held on the afternoon of the 30th March.**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new member of staff to join the College People Management Team. You'll be a real people person who is able to handle ever-changing priorities with ease and a superstar at planning and organising your workload. Variety is key in our team and you'll be providing professional & confidential advice on an assortment of ER issues.

**You must have**:

- A solid HR generalist background, with previous experience of sharing expertise and learning, ensuring consistency across the organisation
- Ability to work on own initiative and decide priorities.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- **CIPD Level 5**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Provide advice and support on a broad range of employee relations matters including sickness absence, flexible working requests, conduct and performance.
- Maintain a solutions-focussed, flexible, creative approach to the provision of employee relations advice and guidance.
- Ensure that guidance and advice at all times reflects and reinforces employment law, good practice, customer care and the provision of a high-quality service.
- Advise and support managers through informal and formal employee relations processes and at formal meetings and hearings as appropriate.
