Team Leader of Key Stage 3 Science

Westwood Education are currently working with an Ofsted "Good" in Oxford who are looking for a Team Leader of Key Stage 3 Science.

This is a permanent role to start September

The school are looking for either someone who has vast science teaching experience and wants to take the next step or an experienced science leader who is looking for a new challenge.

What they want
- QTS and PGCE

Experience working in secondary schools

Co-ordinate strategies to achieve identified Department improvement priorities

Ensure that appropriate differentiated targets are set and monitored for SEN pupils

Disseminate examples of effective planning; monitor and evaluate the planning of others, providing constructive feedback on a regular basis.

The ability to lead multiple year groups and help with their continued development.

Salary
- MPS/UPS with added an added TLR

This role is not suitable for an ECT.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£51,372.00 per year
