**Financial Services Administrator**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright Financial Services Administrator to join our Client Care Team at Yiota Wilkinson Wealth Management.

What you will be doing?
- You will be part of our team responsible for a variety of different administration tasks to support our Advisers and provide an exceptional level of support to our valued clients
- You will answer the telephone and deal with queries from client
- Arrange client appointments, preparing portfolio summaries and fund analysis reports prior to meetings
- Liaise with financial services companies to obtain client information and valuations

What are we looking for?
- We are looking for a proactive, logical, and driven individual with the ability to use their initiative to help navigate through diverse administrative responsibilities
- You will have good communication skills and will be highly organised with an excellent eye for detail. You will have strong verbal, written and problem-solving skills. A self-starter, able to work on your own or as part of a team
- You will be keen to learn more about the fast-paced world of Financial Services and recognise the opportunity within this role to progress and develop your knowledge through our inhouse

**Training Programme**
- Ideally you will already have experience in a busy office environment

What we need you to bring?
- 2 years’ experience within a St. James’s Place Wealth Management Practice or IFA Office
- An education at ‘A’ level standard
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Sound understanding of Financial Services products

What would we like you to bring?
- Financial Services related qualifications (CII preferably)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working in a financial services environment: 2 years (preferred)
