**POSITION**: Permanent, Full Time & Part Time (minimum of 22.5 hours per week)
Service operating hours 8am - 9pm 7 days a week
**LOCATION**: Home based
**SALARY**: £39,000 - £46,100 FTE

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking a Senior CAMHS Clinician who is passionate about providing high quality patient care in an innovative new service and working with a dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will provide internet-based emotional health & well-being video sessions, delivering assessments and our semi-structured therapeutic materials via our secure platform. You will play a key role in the development of our CAMHS staff, you will also be able to contribute to a range of other duties including projects to assist the clinical team, the development of clinical materials and other clinical work as appropriate. Regular clinical supervision and in-house training will be provided to assist your professional development.
To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:
- Significant experience working within a CAMH Service, delivering assessments and interventions to children, young people and their families
- Current registration with one of the following professional bodies; NMC, HCPC, SWE, SSSC, SCW, BABCP
- Significant working knowledge/ experience of undertaking risk assessment and safety planning
- Experience and/or post qualification training training in an area of interest
- Experience of supervising others
- Real passion for supporting people to improve their lives
- A desire to become part of a collaborative environment and share knowledge and learning for the benefit of all
- A curious mind-set that underpins your continuous drive to challenge the status quo for achieving better outcomes
- Well-developed skills in the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, complex, highly technical and/or clinically sensitive information to clients, their families, carer and other professional colleagues both within and outside the NHS
- Flexibility to support our mission of bringing healthcare to anyone, anytime, anywhere
- A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the highest standards of safeguarding of adults/children

**GREAT TO HAVE**
- A qualification in Low Intensity CBT or equivalent
- Mentorship/Supervisor qualification experience of supporting clinicians through preceptorship / probationary periods
- Experience of digital psychological assessment and therapy
- Up-to-date knowledge of psychology/ psychological therapy and an awareness and understanding of contemporary issues in the field of mental health
