We are seeking a highly skilled CAMHS Intake Specialist to join our team in Barnet, Haringey, and Enfield Mental Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our Single Point of Access (SPA) team, you will play a crucial role in assessing children and young people referred to CAMHS to determine the most appropriate service for their needs.

The successful candidate will have a qualification in core therapy training and at least one year of experience working with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). You will be responsible for coordinating the intake of referrals, conducting telephone triages, face-to-face assessments, and brief interventions with children aged 0-18 years and their families.

As a CAMHS Clinician, you will contribute to the management of waiting lists and the duty call rota. You will work closely with front-line administrators and senior colleagues to identify presenting needs, manage risk, and support young people and parents while they wait for therapy.

In this role, you will be well-supported by senior colleagues, particularly in risk assessment and management. We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
