**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a confident and outgoing individual to come and join our team where you will get the chance to work with a wide variety of clients across both Influencer Marketing and Social Media.

As a relatively new agency we are experiencing some amazing growth and looking for a hungry, ambitious individual who is a self-starter to help us continue this upward path of success.

We are open to this role working in one of 3 ways - full-time, part-time or on a freelance basis, but you will need to be local to the North East in order to attend client meetings and content days.

**The Role in Brief**

In this role you will be responsible for helping our clients work effectively with influencers, whilst also supporting their overall social media strategy.

This will involve finding and liaising with influencers, agreeing details on collaborations (checking with the brand if required) and then making sure that everything is delivered as agreed. You will then be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of the campaign (likes, comments, sales etc).

You will also have the opportunity to support the social media team when time allows, helping to create content, engage with followers and grow the exposure of our client’s accounts.

**Responsible for**
- Sourcing and liaising with suitable influencers that match the client’s requirements.
- Creating and updating spreadsheets to track status, performance and stats.
- Assisting the team with creating and scheduling social media content for ourselves and our clients (this will include being in-front of the camera yourself and visiting clients in person).
- Helping manage social media platforms through answering and engaging with comments and messages.
- Identifying opportunities for growth within our existing clients.
- Working with the rest of the team on new business activities where relevant.
- Maintaining accurate records of work and completing monthly reports for clients.

**Skills & Experience**

In our experience, there are a few skills that are an absolute necessity for someone to be successful in this role.
- English language is incredibly important, so exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written.
- A substantial knowledge of Influencer Marketing, through working in a similar role, being an influencer yourself or following people in the industry closely.
- Preferably, some kind of experience in an account management role - speaking directly to clients or just being an approachable, friendly person.
- Ability to understand and interpret a brand’s tone of voice to effectively source Influencers and create content.
- Outgoing and confident, comfortable being on camera and talking.
- Knowledge of how social media works for businesses.
- Experience using tools like Canva or Photoshop, Premiere Pro or CapCut etc.
- Organised, with strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Confidence to research clients and industries before making recommendations.
- Ability to multi-task and juggle various projects for clients.
- A team player.
- Pro-active with desire continually learn and develop for both personal and professional growth.
- Self-starter, we don’t believe in micro-management.

**In Return**
- Initial starting salary of £18,000 - £20,000 DOE (pro-rata for part-time).
- Agreed hourly or project rate for freelancers.
- For full and part time employees, full control of your progression, with salary reviews every quarter.
- Hybrid Working; you’ll be working from home 99% of the time.
