- Align and level tiles using tools such as levels, squares, and plumb lines
- Clean and polish tiled surfaces
- Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments

- Proven experience as a tile setter or similar role
- Solid understanding of different tile materials, patterns, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy materials for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Good math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them diligently
