The NCG Higher Education team are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic individual to work within the newly formed HE Partnership team within HE Registry. This is an exciting opportunity to help impact and shape the current and future HE provision in a newly devised and growing team. We are looking for a competent individual with knowledge of quality assurance in an educational setting.

As a Quality Support Officer, your main role will be to work with the HE Quality Improvement Managers and the wider NCG team including HE Development Managers, Learning Enhancement team and Research, Scholarship and Student Engagement Team.

Activities include using systems to monitor and present data, supporting NCG Partner staff in their understanding and implementation of key HE processes and standard documentation, and producing key data sets related to student outcomes and student voice (TEF, NSS).

It is essential that you have relevant experience and/or qualifications in administration and using IT systems; particularly MS Office with advanced Excel skills. Additionally, you should have evidence of recent personal development activities.

You should be a team player capable of building productive and constructive working relationships. You will be able to work well with numbers and communicate messages (both verbally and in writing) clearly to colleagues. You will be a well-organised individual who can multi-task and work to tight deadlines where needed. Finally, you will be self-motivated and demonstrate positive attitudes, behaviours and values which reflect the institutions ethos.
