**Superb permanent opportunity for a Welsh speaking Corporate Governance Officer to join a leading company in the centre of Cardiff to support the Chief Executive, Chairperson and Council members by co-ordinating agendas, maintaining Council records and taking formal minutes of meetings along with supporting the HR function.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Support to Council, its members and committees by**:
Taking the lead in developing the Council's calendar of dates and meeting agendas, organise and facilitate meetings
Drafting Council and committee papers and distributing meeting agendas
Taking minutes of meetings for Council and its committees, and other meetings as required
Identify and coordinate relevant training for Council members including induction training and annual training

**HR and Corporate Services support**

Provide comprehensive bilingual administrative support to the HR function
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
Assist in the delivery of the all staff training programme and the staff wellbeing programme, including communications and the organisation and promotion of events
Provide comprehensive bilingual administrative support to the office

**What is needed**:
Fluent Welsh speaker
Experience of formal minute writing
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office packages
