Opus Vitae are actively recruiting for a **Office Administrator** for our client in the **Bromsgrove** area. Our client are a consultant surveyor, looking for an office administrator to join their team.

**Working Hours**: 8:45am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.

**Experience we're looking for...**
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience within office administration
- Confident telephone manner and customer service skills
- Computer Literate, proficient with Microsoft Office Software, comfortable with data input, spreadsheets, and databases

**Main Responsibilities will include...**
- Responsible for the correct and adequate filing, sorting and distribution of paperwork
- Maintain filing systems and internal databases for data on customers
- Handle queries and providing data to management and colleagues
- General administrative support to the entire office.
- Daily monitoring of the Revaluation mailbox including:

- Responding to client queries where able
- Processing new fast track forms received
- Recording status changes to existing clients with the relevant department, Registration, Credit control, negotiators, admin etc.
- Physical and digital creation of 2023 client files
- Correcting data cleansing issues in order to rectify client communications

May at times be required to support other departments in an administrative capacity, during staff absence or busy periods to support the needs of the business.
