Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital files
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Utilize computerized systems for managing office tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with staff on various projects as needed
- Assist with showroom sales when necessary
- Work with volunteers ensuring their time is utilised well

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong clerical and administrative skills to handle day-to-day office operations effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of selling
