**About The Role**:
We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to provide mortgage advice and various other services related to the home buying process to Alexander Hall’s customers. **TASKS & DUTIES**:

- Achieve personal sales results
- Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
- Refer every client to the Protection Team for advice
- Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
- Maintain daily structure
- Build relationship with Foxtons within office (where appropriate)

**MEASUREMENTS**:

- Mortgage case volumes
- KPIs - file audit grades, test results, case vetting
- RBM grade
- Protection referral levels
- Client feedback
- Competent Adviser Status achieved
- Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus

**LOCATION**:
This role will involve a combination of remote working from home and working from our Central London office in Holborn.
