As a Finance Administrator you will play a pivotal role in helping to maintain the finance function. The Finance Administrator will assist in the Purchase and Sales Ledger processing, which in turn will allow for the delivery of our key objectives and monthlyreporting deadlines.

The role:

- Work closely with the Assistant Financial Accountant to help identify, review existing and implement new internal finance processes. ?
- Provide a high level of customer service to our growing and diverse external global customer base and to our internal colleagues, helping to manage and resolve our team inbox queries, ensuring all are actioned within agreed timeframes and are dealt within a proactive, accurate and professional manner. ?
- To help maintain the purchase and sales ledgers of the Group, including but not limited to:

- The accurate and timely posting(s) of sales and purchase invoices to our financial systems, ensuring financial data entered and processed is accurate and up-to-date, with all required data dimensions, GL coding and descriptions.
- Posting and management of employee expense claims and company credit cards.
- Accountable for the vendor and customer set-up across our applicable systems, e.g. NAV, QB and Bank.
- Accurate posting of bank payments across all of our payment and banking systems, ensuring all balances are updated for daily customer and supplier reconciliations.
- Preparation of supplier payment runs.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is:

- A collaborative team player yet have the ability to work on one’s own initiatives, with a positive and constructive can-do attitude towards new tasks and processes at hand.
- Prior working experience within a finance team, preferably within an accounts receivable/accounts payable capacity.
- Strong customer service skills with an excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to undertake study options (AAT) or part-AAT qualified preferable, although qualified by experience also considered.
- A confident user of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM desirable but not essential.
- 35 hour working week, Full and Part Time considered.
- Hybrid Working.
