Luxe Dressing is the consignment website for luxury fashion items from handbags to clothes. We aim to create a safe platform where both buyer and seller can trust to recycle their luxury items.

The wide range of brands and designers from Hermes and Chanel to Gucci and Dolce & Gabanna on the website are selected carefully and ready to buy. Luxe Dressing strives to provide exceptional customer services and seamless online services, which support customers to have the best purchasing experience and buyers to collect, renew and sell their items on the platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver outstanding in-store experience
- Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand
- Target the store sales goals
- Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
- Lead client correspondence
- Coordinate shipping and delivery
- Support control and management of stock
- Handle customer inquiries and issues

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail
- Excellent presentation
- Passion for luxury & sales
- Customer-service oriented

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
