We’re looking for a Senior Cost Consultant to be at the forefront of delivering expert cost management services across a diverse range of sectors. Your strategic input will be crucial in steering complex projects to successful completion, ensuring financial efficiency and client satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you will need to be a Chartered professional with a proven track record in cost consultancy. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading cost management for various projects, from initial conception through to final accounts.
- Providing strategic advice to optimise clients’ investments.
- Managing and mentoring junior staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Required qualifications and skills:

- Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional numerical and IT skills, including proficiency in cost management software.
- Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
