To excel in this role, you will need to be a Chartered professional with a proven track record in cost consultancy. Your analytical prowess and attention to detail will be matched by your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A robust understanding of the construction industry and its financial aspects is essential, as is your experience in managing multiple projects with precision.



Key responsibilities include:

- Leading cost management for various projects, from initial conception through to final accounts.
- Providing strategic advice to optimise clients' investments.
- Managing and mentoring junior staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Required qualifications and skills:

- Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional numerical and IT skills, including proficiency in cost management software.
- Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
