**The Role**

We are currently recruiting for an additional Logistics Operator to join the team at Head Office with Hybrid working to assist our current routing team using routing software. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a high-profile function within an established and growing business.

**Responsibilities**

It will be necessary to develop strong working relationships with our Operational colleagues/Depot management and Customer Services to improve customer information and communication.
- Must have proven experience within a multi-site, multi-drop delivery environment. Experience of a routing system, in particular ‘TruckStops’ and “PinLive” would be advantageous
- Must have a high level of intellect with strong analytical skills to manipulate and assess data and reach decisions that are considered and logical.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to continue to perform effectively in an environment where delivery volumes can increase by 300% overnight.
- Excellent communication skills - they will have to communicate effectively with depots, customer services and more importantly direct with customers.
- Must have the ability to instil confidence in others about their decision making.
- Strong IT skills.
- Structured approach and administratively sound.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

**What we offer**:
