**Role Purpose**

Account management responsibility for client retention, growing baseline revenues from existing clients and generating opportunities from established partnerships across all MPA’s services so that you and the Business Development Team achieve or exceed strategicaims and targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Produce individual business plans to account manage existing client base in accordance with the BD Team plan in order to establish how revenue targets will be achieved.
- Monitor, review and amend individual plan following review with Head of Business Development so that all activities contribute toward team targets.
- Work with wider MPA teams in order to ensure client retention in the form of resigns and/or upselling of MPA services.
- Support the client’s experience as they go through the delivery process booking meetings, chasing and approvals so that MPA meets it’s delivery targets.
- Account manage client base in order to understand the clients changing needs and ensure they are kept in-line with MPA Services.
- Add value to clients by keeping them informed of relevant information linked to MPA Services that may affect their business in order to develop the relationship and increasing life-time value of the client.
- Organise client meetings to introduce relevant MPA team members in order to broaden the relationships between MPA and our clients.
- Attend meetings virtually (and face to face) as appropriate to plan, in order to generate and retain client-based revenues.
- Generate new sales opportunities from client base in order to fill the BD Team’s pipeline.
- Collaborate with MPA teams, such as Marketing and service delivery on plans and focus in order to generate an alignment on message and actions.
- Qualifying allocated MQL’s for nurturing to SQL stage of pipeline in order to fill the BDT’s pipeline for sales opportunities.
- Manage client base issues that arise and work with relevant MPA team in order to secure a successful outcome.
- Attending training and self-generated learning in order to build knowledge and understanding of markets, services and sales techniques.
- Keep up to date records using CRM systems in order to provide accurate data, forecasting and management reports for all areas of the business.
- Commit to long term learning of MPA computer and data systems, specifically the CRM system in order to maintain accurate and timely data records.
- Follow Company KYC procedures in order to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Undertake any and all AML activities and/or training in line with the Company AML policy and procedures, so that client work can be acted upon appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all data is maintained accurately and completely at all times, so that it can be used and relied upon to inform effective decisions and actions.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:

- B2B experience in a relationship based, Account Management role
- Highly skilled communicator at all levels with an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to build long term, trusted working relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage calls including Virtual meetings
- Demonstrable experience working with Owner Managers and Company Directors
- Having worked within a target driven sales environment.
- Able to deal with varied tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Confident in negotiating and an awareness of commercial agreements and frameworks.
- Experience of Account Management up to Board level.
- A collegiate, client focused and problem-solving mindset
