**Job Description** What’s it all about?**

We’re looking for someone to join the UK Client Engagement team, to support two senior leaders who manage large account teams.

The role will report to the Head of UK Clients, working closely with other PAs and EAs to provide cover for departmental administration.

Key responsibilities will include diary management, coordinating travel bookings and itineraries along with managing expenses and supporting internal and external meetings with catering and audio-visual requirements.

In addition, this role will support the broader UK and Irish teams in helping coordinate key client engagement including hospitality and key market initiatives.

**What we expect of you, day to day.**
- Responsible for the diary management of two senior leaders, scheduling meetings and managing travel itineraries and bookings
- Arrange and manage internal and external client meetings including room bookings, AV needs, catering, and meeting planning activities, and liaising with assistants from other teams and organisations
- Manage corporate events such as client events, team appreciation events, or client hospitality events
- Manage and submit expense claims
- Provide Purchase Order and Invoice support to broader teams
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and with clients

**Qualifications**
- Extensive PA experience
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English
- Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- A strong customer service-focus with ability to work collaboratively with others
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize work with good attention to detail
- Solid planning and organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience using Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- A friendly and professional demeanor and a strong team player
