**Peabody**has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Disrepair Case Manager** on a **full time permanent** **basis**based at our Westminister Bridge Road office.** **In return you will receive a competitive salary of **TBC** **per annum.**
**About the Senior Disrepair Case Manager** **role**:
As the **Senior Disrepair Case Manager** within the newly formed Repairs Team, you will lead a team of Disrepair Case Managers and Coordinators (Disrepair) in the management of disrepair cases.
**What we're looking for in our Senior Disrepair Case Manager**:
- Do you have excellent understanding of disrepair case management and the pre-action protocol?- Do you have experience raising, monitoring and recording work orders through relevant housing/repair management system?- Do you have experience in diary management and appointment scheduling?
**What you can expect to be doing as our Senior Disrepair Case Manager**:
- Effectively and proactively lead, manage and motivate the team ensuring that there is a culture of high performance, strong engagement and a commitment to continual improvement;
- Be a customer facing member of the team, supporting our customers and operational teams in the delivery of property services, particularly focused on disrepair case management- Manage legal disrepair cases in line with the Legal Disrepair Protocol- Liaise with solicitors and residents in order to resolve outstanding repair /claims through to resolution- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Heads of Service or their nominees, which may include working outside normal working hours
