_Summary of Role: _

This role has been designed to streamline the operations process within the company by offering support to Projects, Sales, Engineering and Accounts.

This takes the form of assisting in quotes, work orders, procurement and inventory as well as some technical programming and support.

Many of the products we use involve programming and setup prior to installation by our team of engineers.

As such you will learn the technical aspects involved in our solutions. This, in turn, will allow you to better guide our clients in understanding their systems as well as having the ability to answer technical enquiries by engineers and clients.
- Short Description of Main Tasks: _
- Technical product support to our team of engineers (via manufacturer/training)
- Processing received work orders from customers
- Assisting in the preparation of quotes
- Maintaining order in our stores
- Maintaining minimum stock levels
- Dispatching goods
- Receiving goods in and processing through to our stores
- Preparing project kits for our installation teams
- Occasionally delivering equipment to our engineers
- Technical work (such as programming equipment prior to dispatch)
- Facilities management - Routine maintenance of company premises, plant etc
- Maintaining office supplies
- Fleet logistics (such as delivering/collecting vehicles for servicing/MOT etc)
- Maintaining company uniform stocks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
