Customer Support Executive

**OVERVIEW OF ROLE**:
Based in a modern professional office, the purpose of the role is to act as first port of call to clients and provide support and delivery of services to clients, drivers and the commercial team.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Dealing with incoming customer/prospect enquiries
- Liaising with people at all levels to obtain accurate information to enable us to provide drivers with a vehicle that is relevant to their job needs
- Preparation of vehicle quotations using the in-house system making sure that correct discount levels have been applied
- The organisation of demo vehicles as requested by customers
- Raising Customer order forms for the vehicle which has been chosen
- Sourcing and ordering of vehicles with internal and external suppliers
- Obtaining confirmation of on the road prices from suppliers
- Organising the transfer of cherished plates for new and current vehicles
- Arranging for the relevant authorisation letters to be sent to our drivers when they are requested i.e. overseas travel, fitment of towbars etc.
- Act as ambassador for the company on all external or internal reviews or meetings with customers and/or suppliers
- Provision of comprehensive support to our field sales managers
- Where appropriate provide emergency telephone assistance to vehicle drivers "out on the road"
- Provide support and assistance as and when required by the company management team
- Liaising with, and controlling the service received from our suppliers
- Maintenance of our client management documents
- Dispatch of contract renewal letters
- Instigation of initial contact to drivers to discuss vehicle replacements
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
- Educated to The Graduate standard
- Numerical
- Flexible approach, highly self and team motivated with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships
- Confident, proactive and dynamic, with a can-do attitude, enthusiastic with high level of energy
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, delivering a systematic, controlled approach, with keen attention to detail
- Good interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills
- Ability to contribute effectively in a fast paced, changing environment
**HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday 9.00am
