**Key Criteria**:
- Minimum of 4 years recruitment/talent acquisition experience within a highly regulated industry.
- Confidence in recruiting at senior level (Partner, Director and Consultant) and in using sound influencing skills to entice.
- Strong track record of using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) to drive networking and talent pool development.
- Ability to attract, engage and influence best-in-class talent in a highly competitive industry.
- Commercial focus and desire to find the right legal solution to your clients legal requirements is essential.
- Commitment to developing and nurturing long-standing client relationships.
- Being a team player is an absolutely essential.
- Having an entrepreneurial mindset will go a long way with this business.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of clients and colleagues.
