**Book Keeper/Administrator**
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a successful client for a Book Keeper/Administrator to join their busy team. You will be responsible for organising the accounts and carrying out some of the general business administration.
Ideally we are looking for an experienced Book-keeper to help prepare the service charge accounts for the buildings the client manages as a primary responsibility of the role.
This would mean allocating the spent funds against the right budget categories and checking all invoices are in place, as well as monitoring and allocating the incoming service charge and ground rent payments.
You would also be responsible for supporting the wider business with general administration tasks as required such as keeping contact details of landlords and leaseholders current.
Key attributes:
- Experience of managing service charge accounts
- Good IT skills
- Managing invoices
- Banking
- Reconciliations
- Previous administration experience
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
This is a part-time role based in our Thingwall office with flexibility of some home working. flexible with days; Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm /3 days per week
Salary would be paid pro rata for this part time role, starting from the equivalent of £30,000 per annum.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week
