- **Our Accounting & General Ledger department deals with all accounting functions, from management and financial accounting, budgeting, systems accounting, complex treasury through to processing receipts and payments. Our current need is for anadditional colleague within Treasury to support further growth, we're currently seeking a capable Analyst to join our thriving team. Whilst full time role we do offer flexible working including home working and compressed hours with this initially being offeredas a 12 Month Fixed Term**_

**Key Purpose**
- To monitor our cash position and source new funding as and when required
- Oversee the production of MI for external funding partners
- Create reports for both finance and the Board using various platforms

**Summary of Responsibilities**

Projects
- Provide expert support to various finance functions through development and upkeep of existing reports and spreadsheets using SAS, VBA and SQL.
- Ad hoc modelling and analysis of large data sets to inform ALD strategy
- Development of reports and processes to improve and ensure data integrity within the various Finance systems
- Assist with the development and upkeep of the finance sharepoint site

Funding
- Assist in the management and administration of all funding schemes
- Enter new loans on to the relevant reporting tools
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports on the funding schemes

Reporting
- Assist in the creation and improvement of the monthly Fleet Reporting to UK and International stakeholders
- Assist with the creation of the monthly management information pack in a timely manner
- Production and presentation of monthly disposal report
- Create bespoke reports within finance IT systems to meet user requirements

Cash-flow
- Upkeep of the daily cash-flow spreadsheet
- Monitor cash-flow levels and correct as appropriate

Interest Rates
- Assist with the management of the interest rate charts mailbox
- Ensure interest rates are set and maintained at the appropriate levels

**Essential Criteria**
- Exposure to VBA/SQL/ SAS would be advantageous
- Experience of working with large datasets
- Evidence of strong communication skills and an ability to work autonomously
- Advanced Excel skills alongside a high level of numeracy
- Good time management & organisation skills with proven success whilst working under pressure
