**Pay Scale**:

- We are constantly looking at your pay and how it is competitive within the market and how it affects your development and length of service. So, your pay and development will not stay static. Depending on experience you will start as an Experienced Social Worker on one of the grades below:
Grade H £36,298 rising to £38,296 after one years’ service Grade I £41,496 rising to £43,516 after one years’ service Starting at Grade H or I you will be entitled to a Welcome Bonus of £3,000

Joining one of our three friendly and supportive Duty and Assessment teams, Children in care team or Field Work Team you will be providing a social work service to a highly professional standard and most importantly keeping children and families at the heart, ensuring that families receive the right support at the right time. To help you make a difference we offer manageable caseloads, high-quality professional support, guidance, and excellent training and development opportunities, such as Leadership development, coaching and mentoring, workshops, and access to arrange of books and online courses. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Professional Social Work Qualification
- Registered with Social Work England
- Direct experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Possession of full driving license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication skills to support internal and multi-agency working relationships
