RECRUITMENTiQ are delighted to be working with a Charity based in Southampton, and they are seeking a Commercial and Marketing Director.
Are you self-motivated leader with an entrepreneurial approach, thinking outside of the box when maximising commercial opportunities? Does working in a fast-paced environment with strategic decision making and a hands-on approach sound like your kind of job?If you’re a keen negotiator with a results-driven focus, proven experience of income generation and communications expertise, this could be your next move.
They are looking for someone who has strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive and problems solving approach as their new Commercial and Marketing Director. You don’t have to have worked in the charity sector before, but youwill share their passion and commitment for a culture-led vision with equity, diversity, and inclusion at its heart, that will transform Southampton’s future and benefit everyone.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Being part of a dynamic team and working with the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees, the role will lead on all commercial activities, fund-raising and partnerships, and identify different value propositions and potential growth areas for the charity. Youwill bring your experience and knowledge of marketing and communications at a senior level to lead the team’s engagement strategy through effective campaigns and projects.
To be successful in the role you will have an entrepreneurial approach, excellent leadership and project management skills, an analytical background with a background of driving successful outcomes.
This is a permanent role with an attractive and competitive benefits package including DC pension scheme, holiday allowance and flexible working arrangement.
