Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and maximise ROI.
- Lead marketing, brand, and bids team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Review and optimise existing and new tech stacks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilise data analytics to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Oversee customer communications and engagement via CRM, marketing automation, and digital channels.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless and personalised experiences for candidates and clients.
- Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, content marketing, and SEO strategies.
- Implement a range of strategies which could include both organic and paid social media channels, targeted advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, PR initiatives, strategic partnerships, and robust marketing automation.
- Utilise marketing analytics tools to assess performance, conduct rigorous testing, and drive continuous optimisation activities.
- Drive brand awareness and consideration through strategic marketing tactics.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with a focus on B2C and B2B environments
- Extensive experience in data-driven marketing, marketing operations, and lead generation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
