Countrystyle Recycling is a dynamic, privately owned Waste Management and Recycling Company. We collect, handle, process, dispose and recycle almost all forms of waste. Our main facility, at Ridham in Sittingbourne, Kent provides specialist services for the recycling of plasterboard, wood, mixed dry recyclables and the manufacture of RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel).
We are seeking to recruit a Credit Controller to work as part of our Finance team.
Reporting to the Receivables Manager, the main purpose of your role will be to take ownership of an assigned portion of the debtor’s ledger and to support the team with credit control administrational tasks, to generate maximum cash flow, minimise bad debts whilst providing a high standard of customer service.
The successful applicant will have;
- High volume of customers that need managing from a debt perspective as well as a credit limit perspective. The ability to multi task and work under pressure is required.
- Will need to be able to resolve invoice queries so the ability to build strong relations both internally and externally is required.
- Will ideally be able to demonstrate experience of working in a commercial credit control environment or consumer debt related environment.
- Must also have good interpersonal and communication skills together with an excellent telephone manner. In addition will be numerate and computer literate with word and excel skills.
**Salary**: Up to £23,500.00 per year
