**Internal Client Support Job in Poole**

Our client based in Poole is a well-established and growing organisation. They are recruiting an Internal Client Support position who will report to the Business Area Manager to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

**Duties and Responsibilities of the Internal Client Support**:

- On Time and in full deliveries
- Back-order processing
- On Time task completion
- Authority to arrange same-day deliveries/collections regarding Procurement and Operations (warehouse/logistics)
- Dealing with customer service enquiries
- Engaging up to director level in large corporates with suppliers, overseas 3rd Party Warehouses and shipping agents
- An interest of improving efficiency and refining process within remit

**Skills and Experience**:

- Adaptable and clear style of communication, both written and verbal
- A positive mindset and solution oriented
- Personnel resilience, appropriate to a fast-paced sales environment
- Time management
- Organisational skills, multi-tasking
- Accuracy and computer literacy including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Numerical, grammar, and professional use of language

**Salary and Benefits**:

- A salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Working Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
