**Your role**
We are currently recruiting for Transport Administrator based in CIDO, Craigavon.
The role as a Transport Administrator is to provide administrative support & assistance to the Transport & Distribution Department.
The hours of work are: Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 4pm
Rate of pay is £12.86 per hour
**What you’ll need**
**Essential**
- Computer literacy with all Microsoft packages: outlook, word, excel, power point.
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Accurate record keeping
- Methodical approach to duties and demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work loads in a fast paced environment
- Flexible approach to working hours
**Desirable**
- Previous experience within a transport environment with knowledge of vehicle inspection/ service scheduling
- Basic knowledge of operating licence regulations
- Knowledge of bespoke external / online databases
- Analytical skills
- Previous experience in an administration support role
