As an Agile Coach, you will be a change agent with a passion for coaching who embodies agile culture and ways of working. **Your key responsibilities**
- Advise, facilitate, train, mentor and coach sponsors, leaders, team members and stakeholders; understanding the context, including strategic targets, delivery targets, structure, agile framework(s), constraints, team-dynamics, mindsets and technical considerations
- Establish and drive a culture of experimentation, psychological safety and continual learning
- Support operation of the scaled agile team and the scaled agile ceremonies; and support agile leaders to live up to their target role profiles
- Define and improve measurement systems including business impact, team delivery performance and agile maturity
- Collaborate with other coaches to continuously improve agile processes and practices

**Your skills and experience**
- Deep background in coaching including an industry recognised certification in coaching and developing people and teams, influencing behaviour and cultural change
- Comfortable challenging and advising senior leadership, in a way that encourages them to improve and embed new ways of working
- Passionate about coaching and supporting people to adjust and embrace changes to their way of working
- Emotionally intelligent, calm, open-minded and collaborative with strong people skills
- Value and outcome driven with positive attitude
