Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional Account Handler to join our team. You will be responsible for various tasks related to client research, sales administration, and customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail, the ability to analyze data, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist with policy administration tasks such as processing and invoicing for both new clients and renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the business leaders and wider team to develop strategies for increasing sales and meeting targets
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize profitability
- Support the insurance account directors by providing administrative assistance as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- A pre-existing familiarity of using Acturis is essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal oriented with strong personal ownership and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
