Administration Assistant

We are currently looking to recruit a well organised, efficient and capable admin assistant who likes to work in a busy, fast-paced and team focussed environment.

**What will you be doing?......**
- Answering all incoming calls to the business.
- Letter posting and arranging courier collections for parcels.
- Sorting and distributing daily post.
- Maintain and update subcontractors’ records (insurance, qualifications etc)
- Set up new job details on internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and kept up to date; site addresses, contact details etc
- Supporting the purchasing and accounts teams as required
- Downloading quality inspections
- Sending out insurance details to customers
- Maintain H&S inspection records
- Conduct office H&S inspections (after training)
- Order and issue PPE to employees
- Take charge of first aid kits
- Assist with filing and submitting subcontractor questionnaires and updating information on relevant platforms.
- Scanning, copying, printing and laminating documents as required.
