We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our West Hallam based Fleet Department

**What Will You Be Doing?**
Main responsibilities include:
- Processing Customer Vehicle Orders
- Quoting on car and commercial vehicles for multiple vehicle brands
- Working on multiple vehicle brand systems and ensuring our information is up to date and correct
- Liaising with customers and lease companies providing them with updates
- Communicating with and booking the services of third parties if required
- Checking vehicle availabilities & responding to specific queries from customers
- Arranging deliveries
- Completing routine Admin tasks relating from order to delivery
- Other general administrative duties
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm.
**Who Are We Looking for?**
- **MUST** have a strong Administrative background
- Will be a strong & personable communicator
- Needs to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be IT proficient particularly with Microsoft
- Will have a keen eye for detail with strong numeracy skills
- Will demonstrate excellent organisation skills
- Needs to have exceptional customer service and people skills.
- Will have a positive can-do attitude and team player mentality
